Recycling Equipment Manufacturing Inc. introduces the REM Expanded Polystyrene Compaction Machine (EPS). This machine features a compaction ratio of up to 50:1, SAE components and UL/CUL electrical components. A stainless steel extrusion and forming chamber allows the equipment to process wet material, and interior steel surface with rust inhibiting paint prevents rust from getting on the EPS product. REM's EPS compaction systems compacts bulky items made of EPS into easy to handle blocks. These easily transported blocks can be reused as PS granulate, generating revenue from your waste while reducing landfill costs. Our Equipment is proudly built in the United States and features readily available replacement parts and electrical components. For the last 31 years REM has been a leader in the manufacture of quality equipment for the recycling, scrap, beverage and paper industries.
